Labrang Military Build up Around Losar

Armed Police are marching on the Street of Labrang Town, Sangchu (Ch: Xia he) County, Gannan TAP, Gansu Province.
The lower golden Chinese Sign board says “Jin Lun Guest House” ( English: Golden Wheel Gueset House) and the upper golden Chinese characters says “ People’s Bank”.
